My wife and I have just opened a new non-profit store in Glenealy Co Wicklow with an emphasis on on local, natural and ecological food and other items.
Although I have hives myself, the season has been bad enough that it's unlikely I'll have much if any honey myself. In any case, I'd be interested in hearing from any beekeepers (ideally within Co Wicklow but open to any in Ireland) who would have any amount of honey to sell, for re-sale in the new store.
